Grab the baseball bat, talk to The actors, and then go to The Overseer's office. When you say you can't accuse anyone, does it not give the option or are you just not sure enough to do it? Have you gone to the Overseer's office? If you have the quest active and you've truly exhausted every option it should have the guilty party tagged as the objective (at least it did for me)? I'm sure I know who the murderer is but I can't accuse anyone yet and I'm a little annoyed. I know its new dlc and I'm sure that's all it is I was just wondering if anyone else was having the problem. I'm attempting to do my investigation but I can't find any more clues and I've exhausted the speech options with everyone here. Ok so I'm playing to new far harbor dlc and I got to the quest Brain Dead inside Vault 118.
